He gains his strength and power from nature, which means when he’s in the middle of a forest he will be stronger and his abilities be enhanced. This also means he’s weakened by forest fires and the cutting down of trees in big amounts.

❀ He can tell if someone is not a human (aka a supernatural being) however what that person would be is something he doesn’t know.
❀ He can give away a part of his own soul in order for a dying person to stay alive- although they will become immortal as well then and his own life will be bound to theirs.

❀ To a certain extend Actaeon is able to heal nature and make it grow more.
❀ Gives off a calming aura which will make erratic animals feel more calm.

SECRET CHAPTERS

Actaceon, the nature deity.

The deity has always devoted his entire life to protect the nature in his designated country. He grew up with his siblings, however they were taken away from one another quite early so they could focus on the task ahead of them. Despite being immortal he could never feel the true feeling of being free- Not that he wanted to, since he absolutely adored being in the wild, it was his own way of being in complete contentment.

However years passed and he found himself in a battle of love and hate with the humankind. He loved the inventions, however he did not understand why they could not find a nature-friendly way of doing it. Actaeon felt his power draining away for a century, luckily he was able to restore it by spending weeks in the wilderness and healing both the nature and himself in the meantime.

The main problem the deity was struggling with is the effect of the current state of the area he is supposed to protect. If there is anything wrong with it, he will physically and mentally be influenced by it. This is also the reason why he is dealing with depression.

In the end the deity decided he wanted to bring nature to humans and opened up a flower shop in the middle of a extremely busy street. He may not feel completely at ease when going there, but once inside he feels better than ever.
